CAREier today announced health tech veteran Chad Haynes has joined the innovative critical healthcare messaging firm’s advisory board.   Haynes will support CAREier in identifying and creating strategies for entering new markets across the complete healthcare ecosystem both domestically and internationally.

Through its revolutionary digital hub, CAREier connects all healthcare constituents—from device manufacturers, distributors and hospitals to physicians, regulators, researchers, and finally the patients—for reliable healthcare messaging about critical issues such as device recalls and updates.  CAREier modernizes many traditionally archaic, unreliable manual processes currently in place today. CAREier ensures automated and immediate communications across stakeholders. Allowing for stakeholders to cut complexities, ensure regulatory compliance, and collectively save lives. Currently, CAREier has a commercially available product offering for device manufacturers, and health systems. Plans are underway to expand CAREier’s portfolio with offerings optimized for other healthcare entities in the broad communications network.

Haynes adds to the already impressive advisory board, more than 21 years of experience in healthcare IT and is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at VitalTech.  Chad is responsible for the commercial strategy and development of VitalTech, providing cross functional leadership for strategy, sales, marketing, and customer engagement. His role drives the vision, mission, and culture across the company; serving as the internal strategist and external spokesperson for how the company interfaces with its customer base to drive satisfaction, value, growth, and sustainable competitive advantage.

During his time at Cerner Corporation, Chad held multiple leadership positions. Most recently as Vice President for Strategic Growth, he was a member of the senior leadership team tasked with managing the company’s growth initiatives and was fully responsible for one of six entrepreneurial business units.  In this position, he led government relations, sales, product development, deployment, support and analytics teams across state government and Medicaid. As a Vice President with Cerner’s Federal Government team, he was a member of the leadership group that drove execution of a 10-year, $10 billion agreement with the US Department of Veterans Affairs. Additional experiences included a role as Client Partner and General Manager to build and lead a team to scale Cerner’s population health platform as an EHR agnostic solution as well as Managing Director in Asia. In Asia, Chad built business partnerships, oversaw operations and delivery, led sales, and strengthened Cerner’s client base, with full profit and loss accountability across the region.

“I am thrilled to be joining an innovative, entrepreneurial, and rapidly growing company like CAREier. Their mission is of critical importance, and I’m looking forward to utilizing my experience to launch our expansion and build meaningful partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem”.
