CAREier is proud to announce Heather Wise has joined their flock as a Project Manager.  Heather has an extensive and unique healthcare background ranging from Senior Director, Controller, and President positions for medical device companies. As part of the CAREier team, Heather will be responsible for project management initiatives as we begin our alpha site implementations with industry leading organizations.

Prior to joining CAREier, Heather was President for a leading temporomandibular joint company, TMJ Concepts, and was responsible for completing a transition of her team to Stryker Corporation after an acquisition. After completing the transition, Heather was able to retire, but she still has a burning desire to help the world be a better place.

“Heather and I met a few years ago through a mutual acquaintance, and she quickly understood the need for the solution we have created here at CAREier. When I learned she was available and still has such a great drive to make a difference in people’s lives, it made so much sense to find a way to get her involved in our mission!”

Ryan Bass – CAREier Founder & CEO

CAREier has created a solution to the requirements throughout the medical industry for PHI (personal health information) while also streamlining processes and making valuable information accessible as needed.  This has positioned CAREier for great opportunities.  I am honored to join an organization that will make such an immense difference and am excited to add my experience and skills to this mission.”

About CAREier

CAREier is the healthcare customer relationship management (CRM) tool for medical devices facilitating better communication and outcomes. Led by healthcare regulatory expert, Ryan Bass, CAREier addresses the gap in current processes related to medical devices. Health systems are now required to be 2015 certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT) compliant for their submission to Promoting Interoperability (formerly Meaningful Use Stage 3) and the new requirements allow for a first of its kind process and solution.

CAREier’s mission–and passion–is to facilitate the delivery of messages between hospitals, providers, device manufacturers, payors, regulators, and patients – thus impacting lives and making the world a healthier place for all.
