CAREier announces board of directors’ addition of Michael Crabb to compliment Zubin Pachori and Ryan Bass.

CAREier has appointed Michael Crabb as Secretary of the company’s Board of Directors, the innovative critical healthcare messaging firm announced today. Michael’s finance, strategy, and business development experience will add tremendous value to capital decisions and go-to-market strategies, among other items.

In addition, Michael serves as the chairman of the Omaha Conservatory of Music, a $3.5 million arts-focused non-profit, and as a board member of American National Bank, a regional bank serving Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota markets.

“CAREier solves an unmet and growing need to improve communication across our healthcare system. I am excited to join the board and support the team as we work to scale the business.”
